We worked with Mademan Design for almost a year planning, designing, and building our modern home in Richmond Heights, MO. Nick created an exciting vision that met our budget requirements. The design balanced a modern aesthetic that fit appropriately in a traditional neighborhood. Nick also provided excellent advice for dealing with contractors, building departments, and neighbors. He even stepped in and built some key components of the house himself (stairs, custom steel work) when we could not find a skilled subcontractor that was within our budget and met his standards. This attention to detail and work ethic is why I have strongly recommended Mademan Design to friends looking for an architect.
