After 20 years living in a condo in the Hartford area, my husband and I purchased a home in Norwalk. One of the first projects we anticipated, was adding a larger deck to the back of our "new" home. We considered hiring an architect and then bidding out the job, but found Sunny House Construction after an online search and realized, after meeting with Sergei, that Sunny House could provide all the resources we needed in-house.. Sergei and his team were talented and professional. The graphic design presentation enabled us to "see" the entire deck and how it was integrated into the house architecture. A budget and timeline were adhered to and the final product exceeded our expectations. We unconditionally recommend Sergei and his company!!

We hired Sunny House Construction to tear down our old deck and design and build a new one. This was our first time doing a renovation project, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Sergei walked us through the project every step of the way, and made himself very accessible to answer any questions that we had. The project was completed in a timely manner, and Sergei even came back after the completion to add an additional aluminum siding. Overall we had a great experience with Sergei and would certainly hire Sunny House again for future projects.

Great experience working with Sergei's Sunny House Construction - his polite and confident demeanor and on-time, on budget performance. One small problem was communicating with his Russian speaking workers - a minor inconvenience. Would highly recommend Sergei.

Sunny House Construction does outstanding work. They delivered a brilliant computer design for our complete kitchen re-modeling. Then delivered the project plan right on schedule. Right on budget. Great vision. On-time. On-budget. Can't beat that!

Sunny house was hired by our church to renovate two bathrooms. The work performed was done in a professional manner. The work performed was tearing down the existing walls, removing fixtures, installing new floors in both bathrooms. The workman always came when they said they were coming and cleaned up at the end of the day. Both bathrooms are now updated and were done to our specifications. I would highly recommend Sunny House.
