The Legacy Cabinet Company

Not happy, several cabinets were not painted in several areas on the doors, wrong color drawers, microwave damaged while doing a dabbing paint job on trim over microwave because he did not drape microwave and stove off. Refused to come out and address problem in person. We have bought 8 homes over 37 yrs and never have we had this problem. Now having to cut into wall due to only using 2 screws to hold cabinet up.

When I decided to replace my 28 year old cabinets and counter-top, I wanted someone both local and reliable. Kevin guided me through the whole process, and once I decided to go with the project, it was done professionally and on time. Kevin coordinated other technicians needed to complete the project, and all I had to do was watch their professional work. Everyone involved was professional and courteous. Thank you Legacy!

LOVE my new kitchen cabinets! I was glad to have a real professional working with me on this project from start to finish. Once I made the decision to go with Legacy, I knew I was in good hands and any questions or concerns would be handled. I ordered the cabinets and they gave me an install date. The cabinets were delivered and installed as promised! The granite measuring and installation were coordinated at the same time with World Stone as well. Kevin was always only a phone call away!

Auburn has done several projects with Legacy / 30A Cabinets. Jill and Austin have been very helpful, professional and easy to work with. love my kitchen, Love my Bath cabinets. You need to come in with exactly what you want. I had to have several visits with my designer. He did get it right in the end. Now love my results.

We we're told the cabinets would begin in two weeks. We waited three months for delivery. Two of the cabinet boxes were significantly damaged. Almost every door was unacceptable. They looked like seconds. When the salesman came out to review the cabinets, he was condescending and rude. He said that these were industry standard and that all trees are not created equal. When the cabinets doors were replaced another three weeks later, some of them still had to be touched up. Since that time I have received no warranty paperwork although the cabinets are supposed to have us significant warranty on them. I have a few questions about the cabinets but don't feel comfortable enough to call the cabinet company. I wouldn't recommend Legacy cabinets for residential use. They may do fine with contractors, but they're not set up to deal with individuals.
