We hired BSW to do a kitchen /study countertop fabrication this past April. Full house renovations are stressful and we appreciated that out tight time table and budgetary concerns were respected. The on site visit and design consultation was a bonus. Muna creatively addressed a very tricky design issue that became apparent in the design process. She's a straight shooter, gracious and highly responsive to any questions that I had. She has excellent knowledge of stones and applications. The crew was efficient, on time and respectful of our newly refinished floors and freshly painted walls and woodwork. Loved the follow up call after the job completed and paid for. When does that happen? We were so delighted with the superb customer service and gorgeous end result that we will be hiring them to do kitchen and bath stone work for our rental property in the spring .

Mona was efficient and professional. With a baby at home, she was one of the only companies that came to our home. She was very thorough and patient with our questions. When we were choosing countertops for our kitchen remodel, I got quotes from several different places. Boston Stone Works had one of the lowest quotes and was the only one that (1) responded extremely promptly, despite technically being on vacation; (2) provided quotes on a line-item basis so I could see what changed between different products and countertop layout options; (3) was proactive about finding the slabs of stone we'd be using to ensure that once I placed my order, we could get the countertops installed quickly; and (4) even went to the warehouse to ensure that the two slabs were from the same batch and would look the same. Muna was a pleasure to work with and communicated clearly every step of the way. I would highly recommend Boston Stone Works.

I worked with Mona and Boston Stone Works this summer after I purchase my first place and wanted to re-do my kitchen. Mona was very patient and informative when it came to choosing the exact stone I wanted. She did not rush my decision or try to push scrap materials to make a sale. She made sure I found my "vision".
