Town Granite

I love working with Town Granite. The entire process was smooth and communicating with them was super fast and easy. My bathroom looks amazing. I definitely recommend them!

As I read the positive reviews, I am jealous. The owner came out to give an estimate and told me that he would communicate with me constantly through the process. The communication was not as good as promised, but I think if I was completely satisfied with the work, I would overlook that. The crew was very professional while in the house. After they finished the job except for adding two pieces of bull nose up the sides of the shower tile (or pencil as I not sure what is the difference), I noticed edges around the niche were chipped. During the process I was told that I would not need to add a bullnose around the niche as it would be a very clean look. I talked to the owner and he came and looked and said he wanted to make sure I was satisfied and we could add a metal piece around the edge that would cover the chips. I looked up pictures of niches with metal around them and they were beautiful. I thought this was a great solution. He agreed to take out the tile around the niche, replace the tile and add the metal piece. After the workers were finished, the attached picture is what I saw. Not only is the way the metal is attached horrible, but there are chips on the replacement tile. I could not find any picture that matched this design. I sent a picture to the owner, who said he would have to come look at it. I received a call the next day from one of the ladies in the shop who said they would come for their final walk-through. I’m not sure if they always come as a team, but I felt tag-teamed, as there is strength in numbers. They said they saw no issue with it and basically that was it. That this is typical of porcelain tile and they would stand this up against any tile work. He did give me a small discount for the inconvenience of the scheduling, but he said he stood by his work and they sent someone to clean up messy grout. My question is why did we bother with the changing of the tile and metal. It looks worse and the chips are still visible. I believe if they had started in the middle and worked out, the imperfections from the cutting would have been covered by the grout. I also wonder will they show this picture on their website to display their work?

Amazing experience - from getting inspired by their beautiful showroom, to the service and design help I received prior to the remodel,to the finished product,my gorgeous marble-vessel sink - subway tile bathroom; I highly recommend Town Granite for any remodeling project !!!!

I have worked with this company several times on different projects. I worked with Ross, the owner, and his talented design staff. I have never been disappointed. One of my projects was to replace carpet in the master suite with hardwood. I was concern I would have to be satisfied with a close match but Ross was able to get an exact match. i also, did a marble counter and added much needed pizazz in the guest bathroom. I tiled walls and showers and tub surrounds. Each time they delivered on time. The install was beautiful and the area always left clean. Thanks to the design staff for all the help in choosing the perfect material for me and my home. Onward to the redo on the fireplace!

I received a quote from them on doing countertops throughout my house and installing a shower. Email and call response time is very slow. In person, good advice is provided. They did not provide all the tile needed for my shower had to make two trips. Once to a facility farther away than the store location.
