We used Railmaster Stairways to replace our old, carpeted stairs with new plank stairs. I have to give this company 5 stars as they were excellent in everyway. My initial contact on the phone was with Carolann who owns the company with her husband, Peter, who was the one who measured and gave us a quote. From all of the ladies in the office, to all of the many tradesmen that were here at the house - Every person I dealt with was professional, excellent at their jobs and had "the customer is right" attitude. We've finished upstairs with the hardwood floors, and still have to have them installed downstairs as you can see. But still I think, these pics give you a good idea of the change you can make in your home :) Our stairs turned out beautifully, and what a transformation! I would highly recommend Railmaster Stairways to anyone who will be needing this type of service.
