Impressed with very prompt professional service and competitive price. Efficiently completed upgrade of water line and installation of back flow preventer with minimum disruption and mess. Also assisted with paperwork for grant from city to recover some cost. They would be my first choice for any plumbing work.

We contacted Naz and company when we discovered a leak from our shower. They were very prompt in their initial reply and in all communications therefrom. We ended up choosing to redo the washroom, by Naz's recommendation, and we could not be any happier with the results. On top of being responsive, everyone involved was very professional and hard working, the work was done within the budget we had, and it was done to very high standards. We will definitely be contacting them again for any future plumbing needs.

Responded immediately to a call for a basement backup. investigated with camera. Worked hard and fast in less than ideal conditions to dig up part of the basement and driveway to replace an old broken pipe. Hard working, amazing service, fair price and left everything spotless. Have already recommended to friends and will continue to do so. Hopefully we don't need you again, but happy to know you are there if we do.

My husband and I have decided to sell our house and in order to increase the value we have decided to renovate our master bathroom. From previous experience of renovations and stress we have gone through I have decided to spend time researching and interviewing contractors before starting the job. We narrowed it down to two contractors and by far Naz’s response time and knowledge was the biggest factor for selecting Public Pluming. I was nervous about the project because there are so many things involved. However, anytime I had a question or needed a visual example of tiles or vanities Naz was quick to respond with lots of great pics and suggestions. Naz and Walter organized everything and it was Nick and Alex that did the work. They worked hard and did a fantastic job on the bathroom. The best thing is that Naz overestimated the completion time because job was done before he promised. I love that, it makes the customer extremely happy when bathroom is done faster than expected!!! From now on I tell everyone, tell me it will take longer and then surprise me and have it done earlier than promised. I have already started recommending Public Pluming to everyone that needs a reno that’s hassle free and results in an amazing job! Also another really important factor for recommending Public Pluming is because respect your house and your family-my kids loved them. They cleaned every day after they were done and I was not left with a mess. Thank you Naz, Walter, Nick and Alex, this has been the easiest reno ever. After my kitchen sink was completely clogged and liquid plumber didn't work, my super called Public Plumbing. I didn't have to wait long for them to come. Naz and Walter fixed my issue. They were very friendly and worked quickly. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

I called Public Plumbing after trying to unclog a basement toilet. I was called back immediately and scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. Naz and Vlad showed up on time, they were very knowledgable and worked very hard to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work they were doing. They removed the toilet, cleared the clog and even offered to run their snake camera through to ensure the problem was solved. We were very happy with the service we received. Naz was honest and responsive at all times. The team that worked on the drain were excellent. They kept the job site (indoors & out) tidy and cleaned up after themselves each night. The price was fair given the extensive work required that was all done by hand. We can't say enough good things about this company and the excellent staff and we recommend them without reservation. I was having trouble with my tub backing up, causing a big headache. i called them midday and the were at my door the very next morning tools in hand. Within minutes, they knew what the problem was and how to fix it. all done in an hour, very courteous, professional and clean. couldn't recommend them enough to anyone who needs some plumbing work

Phil did a great job fixing my toilet and I'll be passing along his contact info to my friends. He fixed it quickly and for a very fair price. He takes pride in his work and it shows. You can tell he knows what he's talking about. I found him to be trustworthy and very responsive. If I need work done again, he's my guy!

While the car eventually dominated the toilet and stopped the water from draining, the entire process of replacement (picking out, scheduling the appointment and replacing the toilet) was painless, cost effective and took less than an hour. And he even followed up to see how we felt about the new throne. Thank you for a good job.

Vlad was an absolute pleasure to work with! I needed to get a new kitchen sink and faucet installed, and after calling around , I was delighted to find Public Plumbing . His price was fair and honest, and wasn't trying to take advantage on pricing like the other plumbers I called in the area. He was able to come out to do the install that very week and was very knowledgable and helpful with everything. I highly recommend Vlad for any plumbing needs!

I would highly recommend Public Plumbing . Phil showed up on time and did a great job. We had him replace a toilet for us and he had the entire job done in less than 30 minutes and kept the area very clean. My only wish was that we had contacted him before buying the new toilet because he said he could get us a discount and a better toilet. He will definitely be our go-to plumber.
