I have used Annie to stage and clean out a home that I listed for sale and she did a phenomenal job. She totally took control of the entire clean out and staging. The house sold in a timely manner and the homeowner was very pleased and still stays in contact with Annie. I now use Annie to give me a staging evaluation for all my listings and she has done a great job. All my homeowners appreciate and use most of her suggestions.

I met Annie Bos-Greene when it became apparent I would have to put my house on the market. I hadn't lived there for a couple years. The person who did allowed it to deteriorate into extreme disrepair. I lived over 150 miles away and had no idea of how to go about readying it for the market. Annie offered to manage every step in that process. She contacted local businesses, interviewed for the best results possible at reasonable prices, and oversaw the work every step of the way. Before any decision way made, though, she contacted me and explained her recommendations. She was always on target. Ultimately, the house became in better condition than it had ever been with an excellent appearance. It was ready for the market and it did sell at a good price! This would not have been possible without Annie's expertise and hard work. I have deep gratitude for all I got with Annie's supervision over the work done on my house.

Annie started out by staging my apt for selling, however, I was so impressed by what she accomplished that I changed my mind and decided to stay in this apt. We went shopping together and I loved the changes she made to my studio apt (made it look like a one bedroom). I may still decide to to sell but I am loving it now and can see myself living here for a long time. If I do decide to sell, I will definitely ask Annie to stage it for me.
