I hired Paula Franklin/Simply Put Staging Services last Christmas to decorate for a holiday party I was having. We had a discussion about what I was looking to achieve in my dining room and around the fireplace. She listened intently, offered some suggestions and then went to do some shopping for the items. Her work was absolutely gorgeous! I had so many compliments on my home! The best thing is that it only took her about 3 hours to complete her design work and her service fees were very reasonable. She's coming back this season to do it all again and I can't wait!!

When faced with the need to sell a home that had been in the family for almost 90 years, we were not sure how to proceed. Paula had a fabulous vision for my mother's home. By removing my mother's furniture, she was able to stage the home as a lovely contemporary spacious home for a young family, rather than an older woman's home. This helped to sell the house to the exact target market. She also was able to recommend contractors to make the repairs that were needed in a short time period. It was so helpful to not have to interview each contractor. It took the "weight" off our shoulders.
