Make it Home Sweet Home At Stage It Smart we work with Realtors, Investors and Home Owners to transform an empty house or update an existing house with beautiful furniture and accessories that will attract potential buyers. From the moment buyers walk in the door they will imagine how your house can be their dream home. Most of my homes have received offers within the first month, although my Pequannock house received an offer in 9 days with the buyer interested in purchasing the furniture.

Stage it Smart is exactly what you get with, Monica J. Allen! She know's how to lay out furniture to make a room look airy, open and ultimately giving off a stunning ambiance! Not only did we have our listing on the market for 6 months with no offers, as soon as we had her stage it we had an accepted offer in 9 days from re listing the home!! Monica staged a 1937 center hall colonial with modern, Pottery Barn type furniture. It gave the house a mod vibe which I believe helped the sale to a young couple. For the den, she set up a little table with crayons for kids. We were happy with the results and she is nice to work with. JT
