They are friendly and professional. My flower beds are beautiful and it’s because of the special touch they gave it and they fixed the poor job by the other landscaping company. Paige in particular was courteous and professional following up to make sure the job was done right. Thanks

Been showing up on time for 5 years straight. Great service. They come twice a week to our commercial property. The price is reasonable and unlike other offerings I don't have to leave money under a mat. I signed up to automatic billing. Very easy to deal with. We appreciate their services.

They never showed up. I called and they were going to get crew to come out today. Being that everything was screwed up from the get go, I figured I should call back and verify services that were to be performed that were discussed in detail with Dutch. They were not going to be able to do the mulch which they said would happen next week. I was fine with that until I got the invoice for 5 YARDS of mulch and all the other stuff that I didn't need and that we discussed in detail??? I can mulch my beds with 22 bags from Lowes, I don't need a 1/2 dump truck load. Not only that, I was quoted by Dutch 275 on the first visit to mow and mulch beds and now its 695???? The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing at this company and customer service is....well nonexistent. Buyer beware and hire at your own risk. And Special Touch, y'all may want to attend BUSINESS 101, just saying.
