My husband hired them for some paver work. Once the job is done, you’ll never hear from them again. Poor customer service. Unless you have more money to spend.

After spending $20K on a beautiful paver patio and after 10+ years when the patio starts to show its age and shift and settle, Tree & Timber DOES NOT stand by their work like they promise. Through out the years I have contacted them about inspecting the patio but they never come out. This year I have been contacting Bryan since May and it's August with zero progress. The patio is falling part and they don't seem to care. And since we were the 1st ones to use T&T in our neighborhood - he has had success doing other projects - but no thanks in return. If you're not spending $$$ - he won't even reply to your email.

An amazing company that we have worked with for over 20 years on different yard projects. Our firepit was one of the first ones created in our neighborhood and the beach / lakefront areas are wonderful. Bryan and his team are top notch.
