I do all types of carpentry from putting on a lockset to building an addition. I am a Licensed Building Contractor and I do Quality Work and stand by my workmanship. I work alone and do not have workers that ruin a good job. I have been in business for 40 years and have the experience and tools to do the job right. My truck is supplied with 2 tons of tools and fasteners to keep me working efficiently on the job in a timely manner. I am most always on time and when I can't be I will call and let you know. Mr Nichter replaced my outside wooden window frames with vinyl. He did a great job. They look better than the original. I plan on using him again & have already recommended him to a neighbor. He is very professional.

Eric was so great that I have hired him for more work! Excellent communication and professionalism, and ease of scheduling. He hung 43 paintings for me in just a few hours, and charged a very reasonable fee. Not only did he make this job, which I thought would be stressful, easy and enjoyable, but he revealed that he has not only the technical capabilities, but a great eye for design as well. I was also able to seek his advice on other repair and construction issues, and I imagine that I will go to him first in the future for work on our properties. It was very helpful that he arrived for the work with all the necessary materials--in other words he anticipated my needs. I am thrilled with the work.

Eric Nichter provided excellent service in skillfully removing our popcorn ceiling, repairing where needed, and painting the ceiling. He also repaired and painted a number of minor damages to the walls adjacent to the ceilings resulting in a flawless result. And afterwards he cleaned the floors of the bedroom and kitchen that he had painted. He also carefully re-painted the frames of our two fireplaces.

Eric did a great job!! My dog had scratched, chewed and basically destroyed part of our home office. Eric took great care and rebuilt my French doors and repaired the walls and closet door. You can’t tell that we had anything wrong!

Eric is an amazing carpenter. Treats all his projects as if they are his own. Workmanship is 5 star. Built shelves on each side of fireplace that perfectly match the cabinet color then matched the color to our fireplace. Also extended our deck and built a gate. Would highly recommend.

I first met Eric at the Glass Company in Anderson SC where I saw his work truck that was a rolling shop with every tool imaginable. Since that time he was done 4 separate projects for me in Townville, SC. Eric is a fine craftsman and I am super pleased with all of his work. From Barn Doors to cabinets/shelves and a total bathroom trim job, his work is excellent.
