Dundas Valley Pools

Terrible and very stressful experience with this company/Dan Stewart/Dundas Valley Pools. They will not return my $500 deposit and also replace broken safety cover strap they did when they took off the safety pool to measure for new liner. While I waited for liner they didnt order liner. Left a noisey pump to remove water from my pool have no instruction what to do. When it reached the bottom pump was making a terrible noise trying to get last bit of water out. This would have kept our neighbours up all night with the noise. Dan never returned our calls of emails. We had to turn on and off pump. Took weeks to get water drained out of pool. Refused to return my $500 with no work done. Do not recommend this company at all

Horrible experience, I paid a deposit, then they ghosted me. Who ever have same situation, you will need to file a small claim in small claim court, let's see how this business will survive with the reputation they built. Very stupid way to get people's money.
