Cutting Edge spray foamed our barn in the middle of a renovation and did a great job. There were lots of beams and extras to cover to protect from overspray which they did. Parts of the barn were sprayed with closed cell, and open cell was sprayed over some previous closed cell. The owner had no problem reducing the amount of open cell spray foam from the initial estimate to meet my budget. It took them a little longer than they planned but was not charged for any extras.
