I cruised the 'doors and windows' department of this shop often before biting the bullet. The staff here were excellent, patient and sympathetic to the tough decisions that this reno rookie (me) had to make. They helped me narrow my choices, consider usage and guide me through every step including masonry and electrical. Clearly, meeting deadlines, returning phone calls and accurate quotes are top priority for this company. The knowledge and experience of the 'team members' is impressive and their genial communication makes the whole process less-stressful and even exciting!
