Seneca Radiant Technology

Gary and I are colleagues. We have worked together to create drawings of his compressed rubber radiant panels, which are panels made to sit on concrete or wood floors. And, I have specified his radiant floors in homes which I have helped designed. I have been totally satisfied with his products.

We had Gary put new stone concrete Radiant Panels under the floor for radiant heater using hot water. they set me up with a contractor who installed a point of use tankless hot water. What happens is hot water is shot into the tube that is fed through grooves in the panel and the floor is kept warm. It's called radiant heat. You have heat coming out of the floor. It makes a huge difference. This is an efficient way to warm your home. Benefits include no air filters, so you aren't breathing in dust in your home and you aren't using electrical coils in the floor heat so you don't have to worry about electrical waves going through your body. A flaw with electrical coils is that when one fails you have to rip up the entire floor. It may be cheaper upfront cost to install alternative methods, but radiant heated floors are much more efficient and effective. In the long run, you recoup the money because everything is much more efficient. It may take up to 10 years to recoup the money. But, it is worth it! We are building a new home and we are putting new heated floors by Seneca Radiant Technologies.

Gary and I worked together to design a layout for radiant panels for a new build single family house. Everything was finished in a timely manner. And, I would recommend working with Gary for any type heating project.
