Used them a few years back for a small project. Came well recommended and seemed very knowledgeable but completely dropped the ball as far as communication. After many attempts at communication, got a confirmation that they would resolve the issue in question. Never heard from them again. It seemed maybe the project was not worth the attention. Excellent capability doesn't sub for character and communication.
