The installation team did a fantastic artificial turf job. About 2,250 square feet along with sprinkler lines, clean-up, etc. Job was super quick, and Samantha was extremely communicative during the whole process. Very happy with the job!

Our lawn got a burn spot on a small section of the turf only a day after it was installed. After we got a referral from Premier Turf for a screen we were told they would come out and replace the section that burned with new turf. I have followed up with them constantly since our purchase over six months ago and always get the message that they “will be out next week to repair the section”, only to have them not show up and I have to keep calling them back to ask about it. Like others here, there has been no follow up and I don't expect they will ever show up to fix it.

After starting my turf and paver job and tearing up my backyard, Christian never finished the work--leaving the job half done and my backyard in a state of disarray. Over the next three weeks, Christian promised me he would show up to finish the job several times (causing me to take off work to be home to meet him), but he never arrived. I'm extremely disappointed. Do not trust this man.

Wanted to install turf in my back yard along with a few landscaping upgrades and decided to use the services of Christian and Premier turf usa after interviewing several companies. Chriatian seemed to be a decent guy who understood his craft. He required a 50% downpayment which is more than most, but the total cost of the project was quoted less than most of the companies i interviewed. Initial hire date was the begining of october 2018 and the 2 day job began oct 16th. It is Nov 15th at the time of this review and the job is yet to be completed, infact its barely passed the halfway point. Christian and his crew (2 other guys) have showed up 4 times in the last 30 days working for appoximately 11 hrs. Day 1 oct 16th christian receives 50% of the payment worked about 4hrs Day 2 oct 17th christian worked another 4 hrs and said he needed an advance on payment. I foolishly gave him another 40 percent. Day 3 oct 29th christian worked 2 hrs Day 4 nov 5th christian barely worked 1 hr. To be fair the job began when my backyard was a bit waterlogged but christian insisted on starting the project. More rainfall seemed to be a great reason for christian to stop showing up. The problem here is i cant get christian to show up or honor his appointments even after days of sunshine. For the most part the subbase is done, and the turf i purchased is in my possession, i just cant get premier turf to show up and properly install it. I tried making appointments with christian atleast 5 times for days we expected an abundance of sunshine, he confirmed each time only to not show up without any notice, and apologise at night or a day later after i questioned his motives. Not to mention the days that he rescheduled and did not show up. I am going to hire another turf company to finnish this job, as Premier turf cannot be trusted or counted on. Especially if your job is not as high profiled as the other clients they may be working for. Edit. I was contacted by the Premier Turf, the day of this interview and had my project completed by them the following day.

Christian and his team did a decent job with turf installation but I am very disappointed in his dishonesty as he did not follow up after agreeing several times he would treat the yard for weeds growing among the turf and even something as small as providing a bottle of yard deodorizer which he promised before the installation. He’s a nice man but his lack of following up with simple customer service. It’s really the principle not the money since you spend thousands on the lawn already so I would rather done business with a reliable company. Why I would not recommend this company: 1) lack of showing up after agreeing several times 2) said he will use Round up weed killer but when I asked he denied it so I am not sure of the truth 3) I asked to make a higher slope for whole yard for better drainage but they only did for the the 3 feet radius 4) he offered a bottle of deodorizer and after agreeing to give some twice has not delivered it then said he would charge $25 for delivery. It’s not the $25 but the principle and has not sent pictures of the brand of recommendation 5) weed and grass was growing through the turf after 3 weeks and Chris agreed to take care of it busy even with kind reminder and then confirmation a week after he has not replied.
