Paul and his staff are wonderful to work with. The quality of our awning is amazing and we have enjoyed the beautiful weather. They communicate extremely well and walk you though all of the options for the fabric, motor and lights. We are extremely happy with the quality. There were less expensive options out there but the quality did not meet our expectations. My wife Lindsay and I are so happy we went with Paul Contruction and Awning for our patio upgrade.

I was very impressed by the sales process; all my questions were answered well and the price was within my budget. The speed at which the awning was ready for install was also impressive. However, the rest of the process was disappointing. When my install day was rained out, I was told I had to accept the very next day or else they couldn't do the install for at least 3 weeks. I had to rearrange family elder care obligations to make myself available, but the day ended up being rained out anyway. Then a day they originally said they couldn't do magically became available. The install itself was done well, but I was disappointed with the install team. They disassembled an item on my deck without asking first, never told me they had done so, and never put it back. They also left a cigarette butt in my yard.

Paul"s Construction installed a Sunesta awning over our rear deck. My wife and I agree this was one of the best investments we ever made to our home. The whole project went exceptionally well, fast, efficient, and professional. The product is very high quality and has allowed us to enjoy our deck more than ever. A few months after installation we made a service call for a height adjustment. The call was initiated quickly and a technician arrived within a matter of days and all has been good ever since (5 years). It's nice to know that Paul's Construction stands behind their work and we wouldn't hesitate to use their expertise and service in the future.

went to Philadelphia home show in 2019 and talked to a salesman for Paul's awnings about an awning for my house.Salesman went over options and schedule an appointment to look at house . The day before they called to confirm appointment and again the day of appointment.Salesman arrived on time and went over many options for our awning, we agreed on a price and scheduled the job.They showed up on the scheduled day and time to put up the awning and were done in less than a day.Very professional job and the awning is excellent quality.My awning is 16feet wide and 10feet with electric motor for retracting the awning.This awning still looks great and works like the day they installed it.I highly recommend this company for all your awning needs.
