The first time we had CertaPro paint our house was in 2012. They did such a good job that we decided to have them paint our house again in 2019. More recently, we replaced our gutters and downspouts. There we no question that we would have CertaPro paint the gutters and downspouts. They did not dissapoint. They worked quickly and effiently. They were friendly and wanted to do a good job. They cleaned up after they were done. We do not hesistate to recommend CertaPro Painters.

It's the 3rd time we used this group of people, really has a very good work style and everything was done wonderfully.

This is the second time I hired CertaPro Painters in Sacramento for a painting project at my house. The first time was to paint the entire interior of the house. This time I needed some newly installed baseboard painted (1440 linear feet) and four closets painted - total cost $1,200 excluding paint. I was in a time crunch to make it to a previously arranged appointment and Garrett put an extra person on the project to help me get to my appointment on time. The four person team arrived at exactly the agreed upon time, 7am. The project manager went over the project with me and then they all got to work on the job immediately. It took them about 3 1/2 hours to complete the whole project - taping off the baseboard and applying two coats of paint to the baseboard and four closets - which included drying time between paint coats. All four team members were very professional, respectful, and quiet while they were working. I have two more painting projects to do, interior and exterior,, and I would definitely go with Garrett and his CertaPro team.

First of all, Shelby, who setup the painting appointment, is awesome! She is always very helpful and friendly! Garrett gave us a competitive bid to paint our dining room and was very prompt. Jody, the painter, arrived on time and did a great job preparing the area so as not to get paint on anything but the areas to be painted. He was very nice and did a great job painting. CertaPro painted my Vaulted Living Room and Upstairs Hallway, an oak veneer book case wall and stair case railing and pickets. This is the second time I've commissioned the Certa-Pro team to pain the interior of my home as a next phase of remodel is completed. The work has been done exclusively by CertaPro Painters of Sacramento. Garrett Rogers, president, has always been responsive and provides a quick estimate. They have always worked with my schedule and change requests. The painting crew led by Masoud are professional, neat, on-time every day and always did a perfect job. I was impressed how well the oak veneer book case wall and stair case railing and pickets was painted over. You can't even tell they were oak veneer to begin with. The painting job was superb! I have been so very happy by their work and will continue to work with them. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Garrett was responsive, professional and knowledgeable in developing the proposal to paint the exterior of my home. The bid was reasonable and he was able to work me into their schedule immediately--unlike the other contractors who had kept me waiting for weeks. The CertaPro team was on time, attentive to detail and professional. They cleaned up every day. My home looks beautiful. I would highly recommend them.

I was impressed with how prompt and courteous everyone was from the original request for an estimate to the clean up after the job was finished. The estimate was right in the ball park with the others I received but I chose CertaPro based on their quick response time and their willingness to accommodate my needs. Everyone from the owner to the painters themselves were friendly and easy to work with. They did a great job and my home looks brand new. Garrett Rogers was wonderful to work with. They did a thorough estimate, and completed the work when specified. He helped pick an outdoor trim color that turned out to be perfect. We will use them again.

Had them paint the exterior of my home. The estimate visit was nice - but so are they all typically. What set them apart was the level of communication, and especially the work crew! I was given all the information I needed to know how to prepare for their visit, what it would be like on that day, etc., etc. So we were fully prepared when they came - first big brownie point! The crew was efficient, very courteous, kept up communication with us throughout the process - and when they left the only evidence of their presence was our beautifully painted house! But that was not the end of it ... we got a follow-up visit to make sure the job was done correctly - he found things we'd missed, and had them remedied. Now that's honesty! They were admittedly skeptical of our color choices (chocolate house, creamy white trim and apple-green door ... before chocolate and green were so common a combination) - but they were highly respectful about it - and our house is still gorgeous!
