Our family has used Mike's for all our painting needs and have referred then to other friends and coworkers, all with high marks. They are the most thorough and high quality painters and always pay attention to details. We have found them to also be competitively priced and certainly worth every penny and more that they charge. Mike's Painting and Pressure Washing painted my house a couple of weeks ago. Tammy was great in helping me choose the house and shutter colors. The workers were friendly and professional The price was very competitive, and now my house is the best looking one in the neighborhood!

We had used Mike's Painting before when they did a super job inside on our great room including the kitchen which included the ceilings. We brought them back recently to paint two bedrooms. Like the first time around, the workers were pleasant, professional, and thorough, and they may have left the rooms in cleaner condition than they were before. Engaging a company for an interior repaint can be a daunting task. My husband and I had only engaged one other company to do painting many years ago. We wanted to have the entire interior painted and so started our search. We interviewed several companies and Mike's Painting and Pressure Washing stood out. They were knowledgeable, prepared, and organized. They provided the insurance details I asked about and customer references. Each step of the way they kept us informed on due dates for paint selection, helped with picking out colors and provided timely reminders of what would be happening and when. The paint team showed up on time and did an outstanding job, even working with us to stage the work so we could make it as easy as possible for our elderly companion animals! Other than us removing breakables, the team took care of everything else and left our home clean and tidy at the end of each day's work. The team were on time each day and always polite and helpful. They worked steadily and professionally. When complete, the paint job was better than we had hoped for. We love our "new" home. Thanks Tami and crew. Excellent service in every way. From the first person I spoke to to make appointments, Laurie, to Tami who gave me estimates to the workers who came to paint, everyone is polite, friendly and efficient. They call to schedule, then they call to remind you right before the appointment. They arrive when they say they will arrive, and the day the painters came, they were early!!! They use quality paint and do a high quality job. They did such a great job pressure washing, I almost thought it didn’t need to be painted…but it was needed. Then the team leader walked around with me to be sure I was satisfied when they were done. I will always use Mikes Services!

Mike's Painting did a great job on the exterior of my stucco house. Rick's crew was on time, professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves each day. They did an excellent job with attention to detail and addressed all of my questions or concerns. Lori in the office kept me informed of the schedule every step of the way. Tami did the estimating and helped with color selection. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

Mike's painted the exterior and 2 interior rooms in our house and pressure washed the driveway and walkway. Their price was reasonable compared to others and painting we had done a few years ago and they were very responsive. They responded quickly when we called for an estimate, answered my many questions and returned the estimate the next day. Nothing irks me more than a vendor that doesn't answer the phone or respond in a timely manner. We scheduled several dates for the different parts of the work. As each date approached someone from Mike's would call to remind us, give a time when the crew would arrive and the name of the crew chief. The crews always arrived on time and got right to work. They seemed well organized and were very careful about keeping everything clean and tidy; no paint where it shouldn't be. They went over all the surfaces and repaired holes in interior walls and cracks in outside masonry walls. They removed everything possible (down spouts, utility boxes, etc) on the exterior to paint behind them. They made a small trench along the exterior wall so they could paint to below the grade.They also successfully created a new cut line to hide previous poorly cut in edges which was a concern for me because the previous job had been done poorly. All in all we were very happy with Mike's Painting and would use them again, which probably won't be too long here in Florida.
