I have used Ori's team for several projects at my house in West Windsor, NJ. The most recent one completed in September of this year is a bathroom renovation project. Ori started with a firm price contract listing out exact scope and timeline which made it easy to agree on ground rules. The crew was always organized, pleasant, polite, thoughtful and careful in executing the whole project. From the initial demolition of the old bathroom walls, tiles, bathtub and vanity to the final stage of completing a pleasantly appealing new bathroom, Ori an d team were careful, methodical, creative, and professional in planning, executing and communicating problems and solutions along the way. At the end of each work day, crew cleaned up the work space, put away all the tools nicely, and vacuumed the floor. The team discussed issues and options as they emerged and managed them quite professionally. The creative and thoughtful layout of the new large format tiles, adapting plumbing work for the new bidet toilet and necessary electrical work, planning and installing glass fixtures and shower stall, and finally putting the floating vanity with back-lit mirror, were all executed smoothly. The final outcome wowed my family and friends. I highly recommend Ori's team for all home improvement projects. They are a good, reliable, professional and well mannered team that can deliver! I will be calling Ori soon for my next project for masonry work.

I have known Ori Avisar since April 2015 when he first restained our wooden backyard deck. He and his crew have restained our wooden deck two more times since then (most recently in May 2022). Additionally, Ori and his crew just stained the floor of our three season porch, our front door, and all our house shutters this past week. Their work is outstanding and the approachableness (I ask a lot of questions when folks work on my house, there are many who would not be as kind and patient answering my nit picky questions) of both Ori and his crew makes working with them enjoyable. Prior to hiring Ori back in 2015, another company worked on my deck. They did not bother to sand the deck, rather they simply painted it, which led rather quickly to chipping and rapid deterioration of the paint job. In frustration, I called Ori, as he had stained a neighbor's deck and it looked fabulous. I knew immediately that Ori had a different level of expertise, work ethic, and concern for customer satisfaction. I barely had to explain what the problem was - Ori just quickly assessed the issues, suggested the stain that should be used, and set up a time for the work to be done. His crew painstakingly sanded every inch of my deck - regardless of the direct sunlight on my deck (it gets quite hot in the afternoon) the work didn't stop and never wavered in quality. I was amazed at the dedication and care shown to my deck - many would zoom through that step though is is crucial to the paint adhering properly and thus the paint job lasting longer. It was such a relief to witness the excellent quality of the work. I have hired Ori and his crew four times in total over the past seven years. Frankly, we are lucky that there is such a company in our area offering high quality work for a reasonable price. The most recent paint job this past week has made my house look years younger and significantly enhanced the curb appeal. I would especially like to mention one of his crew, Elizabeth (Betty), who painstakingly and expertly sanded and painted our three season porch which was scratched up from my kids and dog going in and out of the back door of our house over many years. Every scratch (and there were too many to count) was meticulously covered to where it's inconceivable that they ever existed in the first place. She did all this work with an astonishing work ethic, diligent carefulness, and in record time. That level of professionalism and expertise in not often found these days, though it is what all of us hope for when we hire someone, and trust someone, with our homes. It's simply old fashioned customer service, old school expertise and professionalism, and dedication to hard work.

Working with Ori and his team was one of the better contracting experiences I've had. Ori contacted me within a half hour of my first inquiry, then came to my house to see the job that same day. Nice guy. Quote was fair priced. He had his guys on the job a couple of days later. They did a great job with repairing a hole in my ceiling caused by water damage. Sprayed for mold. Replaced wet insulation. Patched the hole so you couldn't tell where it had been. Painted. His crew of two guys did a great job and left the work area neat. I will definitely contact Ori again for my next home repair project.

This is my second time using Ori's services for painting and trim work. It is hard to find good contractors and Ori is one of them. His team were very professional both times. They were very careful with protecting furniture and floors and did an excellent paint job. His team also installed crown molding in our home and that was very well done. All of his crew members are always polite and have a smile on their faces. This is very rare to find amongst most contractors as we all know. He is certainly not the cheapest, but it's worth paying the premium, especially if you do not want to deal with headaches during the project. Ori is also very responsive and will usually respond to calls within 24 hours even on weekends.

Excellent work by Ori and the team. I had only a week for them to finish all the molding and painting work. The work estimated was more than 15 days but Ori sent a big team and they did an excellent job finishing every little work on time. They also worked on weekends to accommodate my schedule. His team was extremely professional, had great attention to detail and were so quite you wouldn't even know they were here. Small-ish but very important project that makes a great impression for the front of my house: freshly painted garage doors with surrounding trim and overhanging gutters and soffits; plus columns and trim on the front and back porches. Ori's workmen were courteous, knowledgeable, and punctual -- and paid attention to detail.

Ori and his team just finished a multi week project on our house, which included replacing many damaged exterior wood panels, painting all exterior trims/shutters, installing new crown moldings/wainscotings/boxes in foyer/kitchen/dining/family rooms and painting all first floor rooms etc. The result was far above our expectations. Ori's team gave us a brand-new house! Well, not literally, but they touched nearly every room in the house, fixing nail pops in the drywall, repairing walls until they were as smooth as a baby's bottom, stripping wallpaper, replacing baseboards & trim, and painting everything in sight from ceilings above to shoe moulding below. Ori offered his expertise, suggesting paint types and sheens, we were happy to take it, and we're glad we did. As expected on a huge job like this, a couple of minor issues arose (like wrong material from a vendor!), and they were all resolved quickly, easily, and painlessly. The measure of a company is not how things go when things go right, but how things go when things go wrong. The quality of the finished work is phenomenal, with no gloppy paint drips, and with nice sharp paint lines between ceilings & walls, and between baseboards and walls. Every dime spent on this project increased the value of our home by far more than ten cents, but more importantly, Ori has given us a fresh start in the home we love.

Ori and his team are true masters of their trade. Watching them work is like watching the olympics of home repair. My house was built in 1813, they smoothed out the ceiling, seams, and corners and were able to repair and use original pieces of moulding to restore door frames to impeccable standards.

Ori recently sent a crew over to do work on a home we recently purchased. The guys showed up on time () and got right to work. They did a great job caulking and repairing defects in the walls that i didn’t realize were even there. They then applied two coats of paint to ceilings walls and trim. While they were there I asked Ori to paint the small hallway not on the original estimate and to repair the base of the sink cabinet in the kitchen. Edgar and Allen did a FABULOUS job on the sink cabinet! The additional work was priced fairly and done expeditiously. The entire job was done expertly and on time and on budget. I cannot thank Ori and the guys enough for the great job they did and I would highly recommend them to everybody. If you want a company that response to calls and questions right away, shows up on time when they say they will and does great work, Ori and his crew are the team you want.

Ori Avisar and his team did a complete exterior paint job on my house this fall, a two story clapboard house with separate garage. The work was done in a careful professional way, with meticulous surface preparation. Some carpentry was required as well, and that was done by a clearly skilled expert, especially improving the look of the garage. The result is the best the house has looked in 30 years. Once the work started, the members of the team required for different stages were scheduled in an organized way, so there were few idle days apart from rain. They repaired a ceiling which was damaged by a water leak. Had to repaint the entire downstairs. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. They spent a long time preparing, by thoroughly protecting the area and then fixing cracks, many of which I hadn't even noticed. Great job.

Painting and Trim is a remarkable outfit! Professional and affordable. Ori and his team are literally painting my parent’s entire home, to perfection. They have tackled water damaged walls, crumbled plaster, sanded plaster build up (decorative from the 70’s). The house is 110 years old, 8 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, 4 bay garage- and they have mastered the art of bringing this house back to perfection! They are on schedule and friendly and clean. Ori was very responsive and quick to schedule a consultation. When we agreed to go with his company for some painting and repairs, he scheduled us in for that week! His team got a drywall repair and repainting of two rooms done in 3 days and did a great job of all of it - the work is clean, neat, and the house was left in good shape, with everything blocked off when sanding and painting. We're very pleased, and if we need to paint anything else in the house, we would use his company again without question.

Ori Avisar and his amazing team did a great job on our house. The house is a fairly large older structure with wooden siding and hadn’t been painted for a couple of decades. Ori gave us a firm estimate for scraping and repainting the whole house, siding and trim, and also told us that he would make sure to tell us when they found any siding that needed replacing and do that additional work for time and materials. When they identified a problem, they told us and got permission to do the additional work.. There were no hidden costs at the end of the project! Ori and his team started when he said they would and finished quickly, given the size of the task. Throughout, from picking the colors, to doing additional work—we decided the doors and some stairs also need repainting— to just keeping us informed about the timetable, Ori was helpful, friendly and professional. The team cleared up all the mess created by removing the old paint and replacing some of the siding, so there was no sign of their presence except a beautiful painted house! Ori's team recently painted our new house. Ori was friendly during the initial walk through, carefully explaining how the team would work, and what he could do. When he gave us the quote, we were hesitant since it was higher than some other quotes we got. Ori then offered to save us several hundred dollars by finding us the lowest prices on Benjamin Moore paints in the area. Then, we looked over some examples of Ori's teams work and then agreed to the quote. Now that the house is done, we could not be happier. Larry was the primary worker in our house initially, and his attention to detail was amazing. Our house had a lot of old wall paper to be removed,so Larry, Roger, and the team painstakingly took down all of it, spend days prepping the walls, and then carefully painted each service. Ori's team was flexible with our schedules (my wife and I both work full time), and were able to coordinate with other contractors working on the home. When we said we wanted to have things ready by December, Ori agreed to add more people to the team working on our house so they did not have to rush the job, and it shows. From the new trim they installed, to the pained walls, and the repair work needed, it call came out looking fantastic. Our house finally looks like a home, and just in time for christmas! We could certainly recommend Ori's team for any painting you need, and we hope to have the team back next year when we do our kitchen. Thank you Ori's Painters.

I would give Ori’s team my highest recommendation. They started when they were supposed to, and finished when they were supposed to. The carpentry work was incredible: Exactly what we wanted, and expertly installed. The painting was phenomenal, beautifully executed; unbelievable attention to details. When we first engaged Ori’s team, I thought that their timeframe to completed the job was long. I found out that Ori was very accurate with his time estimate. His team is meticulous and don’t take any shortcuts. The initial wall repair and first coat looked great. Between coats, they spent a lot of time to make sure everything was still perfect before applying the second coat. When they left every evening they completely cleaned up, AND they work a much longer day than most trades to get the job done. I don’t think you can get a better experience from a painting contractor.

Guys were talented and tidy and helpful in bouncing around paint color ideas. Besides a great job with patching cracks and nail pops, they worked well with metallic ceiling paint, copper ceiling panels and trim, and installed crown and baseboard moulding. Would recommend and will use again.

Ori and his crew did a terrific job installing drywall and molding and painting everything in my addition. All the work looks sharp and clean, work was done within a week and the cost was very reasonable. Everyone was respectful and pleasant to have in my home. I highly recommend their services.

Ori and his guys did a wonderful job painting my dining room and bathroom. His estimate was accurate and he finished the work in the very tight timeframe I requested. His guys were respectful and funny, and most importantly, they cleaned up after themselves, which unfortunately is not always a given with all contractors. They even did a few extra touchups, which I was happy to pay for. 5 stars! Ori is also runs a full service home maintenance crew, which I am looking forward to using because I always have smaller projects I could use a hand with. I'll update regarding that service after I use his carpenter, etc.

Ori was recommended to us by friends whom we have known for a long time, and we know that they know what top quality is, and won't settle for less. So with their strong recommendation, we expected a great result, which we got. Moreover, the work was completed in the predicted time frame, and the clean-up afterwards was complete. More important was the prepapration of the surfaces -- scraping sanding caulking and filling where needed, priming where needed and two coats that I expect to last well. Strongly recommended!

I have hired Ori and his crew twice to restain my deck. Each time they meticulously sanded the wood, using three different types of sand paper, made sure all previous bits of stain were removed from the deck floor, railings, and steps, and then applied two coats of stain. All of this was done within three days, weather permitting. Ori is professional and kind to work with. He truly cares that you are satisfied with the job. I never had any complaints but I always felt that if I did, he would work to rectify any issues immediately. The fellows working for him are polite, efficient, and tidy. I will be asking him to work on the deck in the future when needed. I don't think you will find a more skilled and caring contractor than Ori. I recently had the pleasure of having Ori and his great team paint my master bedroom. It all began with Ori coming to my home near Hopewell, New Jersey to assess the work I wanted done. There were several rooms I wanted to freshen up with new paint as well as paint my oak kitchen cabinets. Ori was wonderful. Ori and his crew provided the best quality job possible. I needed to prepare my 5,000 square feet home quickly to be sold. Ori painted the entire home inside and outside very efficiently and on time, including numerous fixes. while negotiating the house to be sold I needed Ori again for an urgent fix in the basement. Ori made himself available, replacing and painting a 15 feet wall within one day.

Ori did a wonderful job 2 years ago when he painted my house. I spent a bit over $1000 and it was worth it because he basically re-did some things which another painter had done which I didn't like. He also faux painted my powder and I am very pleased with it. He missed some areas when he fauxed, but came back to fix it. Ori asked me to email the decorator who recommended him and express my satisfaction, which I did. I figured I found an excellent painter for all my painting needs. I was wrong. I have asked him to paint my front door, sidelights and transom. I am getting a new door unit in June and it needs to be painted. This is a small job but at least one day's worth of work based on what another painter told me as 2 coats are needed. I thought I could count on Ori. After my initial call about painting the door, he called me back in less than 2 minutes. Once he heard what needed to be done, that was it. I called him about 3 times since and he doesn't return my calls. He is obviously not interested and judging from this site, he only does big jobs costing at least $1000. Although I recommend the quality of his work, you might be disappointed if you want a painter for both big and small jobs. I expect to find another quality painter willing to do a small job and that is who I will call the next time I need a big job done.

I cannot say enough about Ori and his teams professionalism and quality of work. From the minute I called him until the project was completed, he did everything he said he would perfectly. He painted my kitchen , eating area, ceilings and moulding. In addition, I had him remove wallpaper and a border in the bathroom and paint it as well. Everything looks fresh, clean and beautiful! He even regaled some wallpaper in my foyer and spray painted fixtures in my bathroom from a brass to a brushed nickel to have it all be uniform. I have already started thinking about my next project and look forward to him coming back in the spring and doing more work here including my front door area, the columns on my porch and the shed outside.
