If I could give negative stars I would.
I’m going on over a month without my kitchen in working order.
I will start with my custom built island. One of the back panels is cracked. One of my doors were supposed to have a glass panel. I never received the glass panel. Two of the doors are a different shade. I had to file a claim and they sent two new replacement doors. The problem is the color I received was off-white, my island is gray. I still have not received my glass or panel. The kickboard on the island it’s too long for the island. The craftsmanship is beyond horrible!
Some of my kitchen cabinets came in damaged or they were damaged upon installation. I had to file a claim to get a new refrigerator panel, doors, drawers and faceplates replaced.
While my kitchen cabinets were being removed my hardwood floors were severely damaged. They did not put any coverings on my floor to prevent damage.
I addressed my concerns and sent photos of the damage to the sales associate at Cabinets To Go that took my order and this was her response “Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. I have reviewed the photos you sent, and my initial thoughts are that these blemishes will be addressed during the installation.”
What am I to do with this? Bring it up to the installer and put me the customer in an uncomfortable situation with the person who did the damage?
