IRC Kitchen & Bath

David and his crew remodeled our primary bathroom and powder room four years ago. The workmanship and professionalism were both outstanding. So, when we decided to remodel our kitchen we only approached IRC. It was a major remodel, requiring the removal of a wall and joining two rooms to make one large kitchen, so the foot print changed completely. Again, the work was impeccable and the crew a delight to have in our home. If I need work done in the future, David will be my first call.

It is often said that “good things come to those who wait.” That sentiment accurately describes my experience with IRC Kitchen and Bath. After interviewing and collecting bids from three highly rated contractors, I hired David Hoblea and IRC for a complete remodel of the three bathrooms in my home. IRC was not the cheapest nor the most expensive of the three but easily seemed to be the most customer focused. I was immediately impressed with David’s detailed questions concerning my project and what I wanted to achieve, which made selecting IRC an easy choice for me. While the project took a lot longer than I anticipated, I am glad I made the choice. Working with Jada, the interior designer was a pleasure and Silvester, Alex and David proved to be not only craftsman of the highest caliber but also perfectionists intently focused on bringing their client’s vision to life. I am very happy with the final result, which exceeded my high expectations. The only downside with my project was the time it took to complete. While I understand that Covid created some backups in the supply chain and that I probably wasn’t the easiest client to work for given my frequent change orders, I don’t believe that the project should have taken the nearly five months that it did to complete. Still, at the end of the day, I am very happy with the result and will likely look to David and IRC for my next project. 4 1/2 stars. Recommended.

Remodeled bath with new tile floor. We had a tight schedule as we were selling the house and they worked us in exactly as planned. Alex was a perfectionist and we were super happy with the results. They had to work around new carpet and did an excellent job protecting and with cleanup. Highly recommended would hire again..

We highly recommend Emanuel and his hard working crew for any home improvement project! Ours was a complete kitchen and livingroom renovation. You can expect an accurate and detailed estimate of labor, materials, and timeline. From demo to the last detail it was done right! Some mid-project challenges were discovered and without hesitation Emanuel went beyond his responsibility to make the necessary corrections. He took our project personally and our expectations have been exceeded. It's a pleasure to work with Emanuel and his crew!

David and his team were wonderful, hard working, and did an excellent job laying 6x36 wood-look porcelain plank tile throughout the first floor. At the last minute, we decided to add radiant heat, and David made sure the necessary supplies were on site. We also had their carpenter install new base molding throughout, which he completed in one day. Great communication from start to finish. We would not hesitate to recommend David Hoblea and IRC Tile Services.

Tile IRC remodeled our master bath. We really enjoyed working with David and his team. They were prompt, courteous, communicative with all aspects of the project. We love our remodel and would definitely hire them again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! Emanuel is amazing and very professionally. He priced the project fairly and his whole crew was amazing. I was comfortable having them in my home which says a lot. They were polite, and kind to my kids and me. They were on time and commutative. When I brought something up that was not right with the countertop they did not argue and found a solution, There was a manufacturing defect in the counter. It was fixed and handled properly. I will use them agin!

I hired David with IRC based on his excellent top rating on Angie's List. We needed to gut and remodel two bathrooms. I've had many projects and remodeling done in the last 5 years but I have never felt fully satisfied with the contractor or the job done. David did an outstanding job. His crew were on time, efficient, and did excellent work. There were no delays, work was completed on time, on budget and they were careful to keep things clean and organized. Another plus for us was suggestions that were made to improve the flow and layout of the bathrooms. I was happy to recommend IRC to a friend who needed a contractor for a large remodel on her home. I plan on using IRC in the future for additional remodeling on our house.

I had a great experience with David and his team on my recent bath remodel. He provided clear, transparent communication. He was on time, on budget, and did a fabulous job. I had a clear picture of what I wanted when we started and working with his designer, Jada, was a breeze. She had great suggestions that further enhanced the outcome. David and his crew are exceptionally talented. He and Sylvester have an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. They always place emphasis on making sure to keep us in the loop to show us different options on how he could place tiles and lighting options. Their commitment to ensuring perfection is something we’ve never experienced. They are hard working, show up on time and work very hard. They stayed on schedule and finished in time in 4 weeks. When builder’s sub contractors were on highway robbery mode on my custom house project, I was desperate to find professional tilers with integrity. And I was fortunate enough to find Tile Services! Right from estimation to execution, they were thorough, tiled my fireplace and stairwell walls with high quality, no delays and at a fantastic price! We recently completed a master bath remodel with IRC Tile Services. We have worked with a variety of contractors on several remodeling projects and would rank the experience with IRC as one of the best. The longest phase of project was selecting a contractor. All of the contractors we interviewed were extremely busy. We passed on other contractors that : were unwilling to bid on the job, vague on timeline and price estimates, slow in their response time, gave ridiculously high ballpark estimates, or offered unsolicited negative feedback on my design choices. We chose IRC because Emanuel was a clear communicator that gave us confidence in their work product and offered a detailed estimate and timeline. We are thrilled with the outcome of our bath project. We are impressed with the craftsmanship on the tile, plumbing, framing, finish carpentry, and electric work. The crew was hardworking and took pride in their work. They were respectful of my home and maintained a clean work site at all times. The framer and the plumber worked with me during construction to make sure that the bathroom design was exactly how I imagined. They also recommended some customized enhancements that improve the function and appearance of the finished bath. Our bathroom was transformed from a carpeted 1989 time capsule to a beautiful modern spa retreat. We worked with Emanuel over a period of a couple months from our initial meeting to the final walk through. Throughout the entire process he was readily available, clearly communicated about timelines and project details, and followed through on all of the work to be completed. The work was completed in the agreed upon time frame and we could see visible progress every day. It was a pleasure to work with Emanuel and his team and we hope they will consider working on other projects for us in the future.
