About Us

Jeff Ballard Interior Renovations, LLC has been serving the Lowcountry for over nine years. I moved to the Lowcountry with my wife Joye and our four children in 2005 from Corning NY. I had a successful business in home renovations and home additions. Our move to the Lowcountry was primary to escape the cold weather and start a new business. Honesty, fair prices, quality work, and promptness are qualities that have helped me to succeed in the business world and in helping others. Ballard Interior painted, constructed, tiled and did a great job. I was rushed to occupy house and he completed the job on time. His suggestions were so helpful and executed perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He submitted budget and stayed within it in spite of a couple of minor changes. Very pleased with his work.

Jeff has done numerous jobs at our home and each time he does them extremely well, in a timely fashion and at a price that we consider fair. Recently, he totally renovated our bathrooms and they look fantastic. He has also refinished our decks and other projects in our home. We 1st hired Jeff when we bought our house in Blufton in 2010 to paint the interior and kitchen cabinets. He remodeled 2 bathrooms, installed new baseboards throughout the house. We next hired him approx. 2012 to install all exterior doors, including removing french doors and installing a slider. We next hired him approx 2013 to install a back door from our garage to back yard where there was no exit. We next hired him in 2014 in add a dividing wall between our living room and hall, all insulation on our porch wall and ceiling on the porch. He is the only go-to-man we would ever hire for any project small or large. We not only trust Jeff and his crew but his work is outstanding and appropriately priced. If you have any kind of future project, hire Jeff!
