Robert and Taline are true professionals and made our first major remodeling project in our new home as smooth as possible. They were transparent about everything and kept me updated regularly so I always knew where things were with the remodel and what the next steps would be. They offered great suggestions about the design, but they were never pushy and respected my decisions. We couldn't be happier with their work on our kitchen. I would highly recommend them and will call them again myself for our next project.

My wife and I recently bought a house and were expecting our first child....we bought our house knowing we would eventually be doing some work to the house, but with a little one on the way our timeline suddenly sped up. We had previously met with about 6 different contractors/companies and Opulent easily stood out from the bunch and it was easy to see why. We we walked through with all the other contractors and pointed out what we wanted they all politely nodded and said "yeah, we can do that." When we walked through with Robert and Taline they were the only ones who digested what we said, talked and about the pros and cons and threw back different and often better ideas. When it came down the scheduling Robert and Taline, knew our situation and bent over backwards to squeeze us into their very busy schedule. In terms of the scope of the work, we were were remodeling the two bedrooms, 2 of the 3 bathrooms, converting a den into a bedroom and repairing some water damage that we discovered once we moved into our house. Robert and his architect Firas worked to create designs and pull the necessary permits for all the work. When it came to finally starting we had less than 4 months left before our due date. Robert and his crew came in and worked fast and hard to truly give us everything we wanted. The crew was extremely polite, professional and highly skilled and we were more than impressed with the final outcome. The process wasn't easy as our house provided a lot unique quirks like the fact that its a hillside house and that it was slightly "V" shaped so all the back walls are shorter than the front walls, in terms of the construction that meant that there were almost not 90 degree corners on any of the walls. It was tough to navigate and required constant tweaks and changes on almost every aspect of the design and construction. All in all, everything was done on time, on budget and to our liking. We know we're going to do some additional work in the future and look forward to working with them again.

I hired Opulent Remodeling & Construction to build a 500 sq. ft. addition over my garage and completely remodel the existing 1,500 sq. ft. house. I really could not be any happier with the quality of work they did or with my overall experience in dealing with them. As a family owned business, they were able to provide attentive and first rate service through the whole process. Robert, who is the general contractor, impressed me from our first meeting as a problem solver and was always available to oversee the work being done. They were extremely fair and reasonable with their initial contract and all subsequent change orders. What was an inherently stressful process was made as easy as possible by their overall professionalism and attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone needing construction work and would happily use them again if I was ever in need of similar services.

Opulent Construction is a first class, Grade A, Elite Construction and Renovation business. They are professional and helped me realize the house of my dreams. Opulent remodels homes in Beverly Hills and many other Los Angeles locations and the results are absolutely stunning. My kitchen is breathtaking and everyone who sees it agrees. Here is my story: My family and I moved to the Los Angeles area from Dallas, Texas. After a nine month house search, we finally found a great house in a great location that needed a lot of renovation. Our house is about 2800 square feet and we needed to renovate the entire first floor, about one half the size of the house. We hired Robert and Taline after we had a great meeting about my vision. The carpets were removed from the living room. Hardwood, and a surprise layer of linoleum were removed from the kitchen. Old kitchen cabinets and countertops were demolished and removed. After many meetings, we agreed on a style and layout of custom cabinets for the kitchen and the dining room. We also agreed to white quartz countertops and white cabinets. We bought Thermadore professional appliances and Robert made sure the cabinets and countertops were the perfect counterpart to the appliances. The entire first floor was covered with beautiful distressed dark wood which is a beautiful contrast to the white cabinets in the kitchen. Taline was always available to answer questions and assure quality control. Robert has a great crew (the same crew each day) that are very professional and courteous to the homeowners. Whenever it is time for me to renovate the other half of my house, I will only call Opulent Construction. No one else is allowed to touch my house. They are simply the best there is.

Short Ver: Robert and Taline are super friendly!! (feel like your family & friend). Even thou they are on HGTV, they still help small house to make the dreams come true.They help me remodel my whole house within budget range. And the whole process is very efficient - I never have to wait on them. When they find out stuff was broken under the foundation they fix for me without any extra charge. Also they still come back after a month for any extra work need to be adjusted. You can feel they give 100% from their heart to help you reach the goal you want. I would say it's lucky to have them as my contractor & highly recommend everyone to contact them for any construction/remodel. Long Ver: So we have a house in Pasadena, built in 1924, with a very bad condition. Floor made a lot of cracking sound and the roof collapsed 2 times in the past. 'Cuz we had a very limited amount of budges, we contacted several (more than 5) contractors to see what they can help. We worked with Opulent Remodeling & Construction, Inc in the end, not because they offered the lowest price( they are the 2ND LOWEST of all,) but we felt they are very friendly and easy to communicate. Taline was very friendly and always thinking on our side. Robert was very easy to communicate. And their crew was very friendly, efficient & professional. We basically remodeled the whole house (whole new kitchen & bathroom), rebuilt the roof & garage roof, changed the floor, installed new Central Air Conditioning & custom cabinets, and patched several broken parts. The best part is when they found out broken stuff underneath, they won't charge for the fix!! - depend on how serious damaged. For example, during the construction, they found out the central beam under my foundation was broken. Robert was very kind to fix it without us paying any $ !!! (How awesome is that!!) And they even worked on the price to reach all the goals with high quality - the whole project ended up very close to our budge. The project finished within only 4 months - cuz they always on time and on schedule for the most of part. Even more, I personally felt Robert work from his heart trying to help me with anything he could!! (You can tell he really loves to help people reach their dream house!) Even after a month of finishing construction, I can still call back to ask any question. And any construction that need to be adjusted, they will come back to fix it for free. Yes!! Again, I would proudly say they are hands down the best contractor ever!! I was lucky to have them remodeling my house. Thank you Opulent for making my dream house come true!!

I asked Opulent to give an estimate for water damage in 4 rooms. They arrived right on time and were professional yet friendly. They appear to be very knowledgeable and spent the time to go over with me what needed to be repaired. They also discussed with me what insurance would probably cover and what I would be responsible for to complete the job to my satisfaction. They left me feeling very comfortable.

Opulent Remodeling & Construction recently totally updated our master bathroom Everything had to be demolished - bathtub, two sinks, cabinets, electricity rewiring - everything. Their workers are experienced, polite, always showed up on time and cleaned up every day before leaving. Robert and Taline, the owners, are professional, knowledgeable, helpful with ideas and, most importantly, came to our house regularly to check up on how things were progressing. Robert and the Opulent team worked on our home over a two month period. The project included: -Installation of flooring -Installation of baseboard molding/casing -Painting the interior -Installing recessed lights and light fixtures -Dry walling -Demolition of wall units -Resurfacing and patching the ceilings We can’t praise Robert and his team enough! They were extremely professional and respectful in our home. For us, communication is key, and Robert, Talin, Nenci and Victor were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. They were always on site and readily available. Robert met with us at all hours of the day and even on weekends. When we came across unforeseen problems, they always found a solution. For instance, we luckily discovered a leak and mold that had built up over time. Robert assured us that he would fix it so that the brand new flooring would not get damaged. He identified where the leak was and filled it with tar then concrete to ensure that no water would seep through and into the house. We just had a very rainy couple of days and we can tell you that there is absolutely no leak thanks to Robert! When we had additions or changes in the plans, we never heard the word “no”. We always heard the words “We’ll get it done” and so we always felt that Robert was doing his best to make us happy and get the results we wanted. Our home has been transformed from being stuck in a time warp in the 60’s to a modern, bright and beautiful home. Simply put, what would have been a very stressful project for us actually turned into a great friendship because Robert is such a great guy and has such a positive attitude with everyone he encounters. I would recommend Opulent Remodeling and Construction to everyone in a heartbeat!

The workers came everyday even on weekends to complete their work. When the whole job was finished the repairs were well done. I did appreciate the quick responses from Jolina Sand, Office Manager, to my needs. We appreciated the Opulent Co. and would recommend them to others.

Opulent Remodeling & Construction re roofed our 4000 sq foot home, pool house and triple garage. The owner Robert Saad was professional, knowledgeable and courteous with time frame, quality of work and clean up. His staff were equally impressive. I will use them again. My house looks gorgeous! They also relandscaped the entire front of our property with all the same qualities. The level of their work is above and beyond. We were extremely happy, and they stayed within our budget!!!
