Bryan insulted me and my intelligence several times yesterday and then had the audacity to storm into my home and chew me out again today in front of my parents and my children. Such a very unprofessional way to treat a paying customer and yet the owner Karl sided with Bryan, their Commercial Supervisor instead of even contacting me directly to apologize for the entire incident or to even hear it all directly from me about what even happened on either day here in my home!!! On top of it all I found it very unprofessional that Bryan told me yesterday that he wanted to send his 'top installer' Richard to do the work for me but that Richard was working in Austin today and that he would have to send his second best installer out to me instead. Karl you really shouldn't let your supervisors down your own installers and place them in an order like that to your customers, that in itself is very wrong yet you are listening to your employee that sat in front of my house today pleading with you on the phone that he didn't do anything incorrectly when in my own home today after he insulted me on this 2nd day in a row, he admitted to it all after I reminded him about all that he had said yesterday so unprofessionally to me. But you never even contacted me today and spoke to me directly to find out what all he said and did or didn’t do in my home. I sincerely hope that you do not let a man treat your wife, sisters, daughters or granddaughters like this because as a woman myself, this was flat wrong and very unprofessional of Bryan and for you as the New Owner of Air National to even allow any of this to happen without you even reaching out to me, your paying customer to apologize or find out what all happened in very unprofessional. As a Business Owner you should know that sometimes the Customers are still right and I deserve an apology for your employee treating me like this in my own home and then you calling my dad a liar when he tried to reach out to you in regards to it all. Stay Away from Air National unless you want to be put down and chewed out like a child by Bryan and then have the owner Karl, not even care enough about his customers to even reach out to the customer directly to help. Bryan and Karl are the VERY REASON it is so very difficult to get help from a once good company that was awesome in 2016 when Darren helped me back then, as he was very professional and the very reason I trusted Air National and called them for help a 2nd time on Mother’s Day and even after all that Bryan put me down about on Monday, I was still letting Air National do the work today ONLY because I trusted that they must still be a good company since Darren still worked there. But today because I didn’t want to be chewed out by Bryan anymore, Karl cancelled the entire job on me and said he would NEVER HELP ME now but yet I was the one that was disrespected and chewed out and I did absolutely nothing wrong. On top of that, Bryan had ordered all of the wrong stuff to even help me get my new coil installed today and yet again Karl, the owner of Air National didn’t even bother to contact me to apologize for my missing 2 days of work now for nothing because his highly experienced commercial supervisor Bryan didn’t even place the ‘Will Call’ order correctly to get the correct stuff for your installers to install it today. And as the Business Owner you aren’t even taking responsibility for your own employee, Bryan’s mistake on ordering the incorrect equipment either, you just cancelled the job entirely because you didn’t care about your customer at all. Your employee, Bryan, was very disrespectful to me, chewed me out in front of my parents and my kids, ordered the wrong stuff to install and then you called my dad a liar. Seriously Air National is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL! This was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and I am a long, long time home owner and a Professional Business Owner of over 20 years myself and I guarantee you my employees would never treat anyone like I was treated. Professionalism, Courteous Business and Excellent Customer Service still go along way in 2018, it’s just too bad Karl nor Bryan knows that!!!

AC inspection was scheduled for the summer. Technician called us ahead of time and arrived on time. Finished complete AC inspection and provided us simple explanation of thing to be taken care of to avoid future problems. Also provided free estimate of things to be resolved to save AC from breakdowns. Overall great experience and service provided
