5280 Exteriors

We had an amazing experience with 5280 Exteriors. We had a very specific view of what we wanted for our house. We basically stripped everything down to the studs, pulled off old siding and brick, added up-to-date insulation, replaced all the windows in the house, and covered with panel and channel. We chose 5280 because they recognized our vision and went the extra mile to point out things that would make it even better. Their bid was the most detailed and specific and communicated to us that they had heard what we wanted and were going to manage it. The final implementation was beyond our expectations. We love the new exterior for our house and couldn’t be happier. Finally, all of this happened in the middle of serious supply chain issues. Even though the start dates got pushed, it was not their fault, and I can only imagine that it was more frustrating for them than for us. I really have to hand it to them for managing such a complex project in the middle of our current situation.

Communication is so bad it cannot be overlooked. Just showed up one day to complete work, didn't ever get a call. Were willing to do change orders for a good price, i will give them that. I did a roof with them in Denver and painted a whole different house in Douglas County. Quality of work was really good, though they did paint over bird poop (would have been cleaned if i knew they were coming). I had to hound them to get any response. After i hired i found locals there were cheaper and did good work. They did refuse to do gutters on the Douglas county house. I'm upgrading them to 4 stars as the work quality was good, holding up after a few years.

They went above our expectations. The attention to detail was amazing. They were responsive and very quick. I would use them again.

The 5280 Exteriors team is great to work with. This is the second time we have used them for our window installation (two different properties). Each time we did our research and vetted many companies, 5280 Exteriors was hands down the best option for us from the initial discussion to installation.

I was very satisfied with the replacement of a section of the siding on my home by 5280 exteriors. Bryce notified me when tbe delivery of materials was scheduled. The team arrived and completed the job in about 7 hours time. Now my home has quality fiber cement siding on a section which was poorly completed by a previous contractor.

This company was professional and efficient. They performed the job skillfully, as promised, and on time, keeping me informed at every stage. I recommend them unequivocally.

Guys doing the install work quick and very respectfully (we had a newborn in the house, yikes!) There were a couple minor quality issues with the windows but they were problems from the supplier not 5280. Overall install was good, we live in a 1914 craftsman and extra care was taken to prevent damage to exisiting woodwork. Some touch up on caulk seems was required and clean up but hey they replaced all the windows in a day. Mick was great and made sure all questions and concerns were addressed immediately, would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows

Great job on the house - work was completely quickly and professionally. Mick was very easy to work with and took the time to review the house once it was complete to review touch ups etc. He also left me all the different paint colors used so that I can do my own touch up in the future if needed.

5280 painted the exterior of our home as well as completing much needed repair and prep work. Their entire team was excellent: prompt, courteous, and simply a pleasure to work with! We would highly recommend them!

5280 Exteriors replaced our original wood soffits/fascia with Hardie Board. The finished product looks really great and the crew they sent was amazing (friendly, good at communicating, and very professional). They finished the project ahead of schedule and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done (and each night when they left). Issues always arise in construction - especially when you have an old house - but the crew, the project manager, and the owner of the company were all very professional and responsive.
