About Us

After being raised on a dairy farm in southern Lancaster County, David H Hurst started his career in construction at the age of 18. Over the next 8 years, David worked in various types of construction from new home construction, remodeling, to modular home setup. In the spring of 2003, David founded Hurst Exteriors LLC. The business was started as a small siding and replacement window business, focused on customer satisfaction, top quality products, and superior workmanship. Over the years employees were added and they contributed a wealth of knowledge and talent to the Company. Hurst Exteriors strives to bring customer satisfaction to a new level, with a variety of products and styles to minimize maintenance and maximize appearance. They are willing to tackle any exterior window, siding, or roofing project whether it be new construction, remodel, light commercial, or whatever your exterior needs may be. They pride themselves in making your project turn out better than you expect.

We hired Dave and his crew to replace several windows on the second floor of our home. They did a wonderful job from start to finish. They were prompt, careful not to track dirt into our home when they were working on the second floor, and made sure the job was done right. We also had two windows on the first floor that had been installed by another contractor that had not been finished on the outside of our home. We asked Dave to finish them for us. The one was not a problem, but the larger of the two was complicated. Dave made several trips back to our home to complete the job to our satisfaction with no extra charge for doing so. We are very pleased with the work they did and would recommend them to others.
