Rojas Plastering LLC was our selected company to do replace the stucco to a 6 story building. Our project went very well and I'm completely satisfy with their performance and how well they communicate thought the entire project. Our business was open while the construction was happening and their work hours were reasonable. They were very professional through the entire process. Highly recommended them!

I hired Rojas Plastering to repair some extensive damage on the exterior of our townhome decks caused by water leaking in from the top floor deck due to improper flashing and faulty design. Process from start to finish was smooth. Nick provided a detailed and reasonable estimate for the scope of the project. Juan (the owner) was very responsive to any feedback and questions, and was on site a few times as well. Miguel (the foreman) and his team did an excellent job of repairing all the damage and re-constructing and modifying all of our decks (ex. re-sloping the deck; utilized flashing at the corners to prevent water from being trapped) so that it was more adequately waterproofed from the rain. The team also cleaned up very well each day and were respectful of my and neighbors property. Rojas was very well organized with utilizing BuilderTrend so that we could see pictures and progression of the project. I highly recommend them and would use them again for any future projects

Rojas Plastering LLC did excellent stucco project on our parish facilities. Our parish needed much reconstruction and Rojas was able to perform the job. It has been over 2 years and the building still looks great! We are glad to have worked with Rojas, they are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Rojas did stucco, and stone on our Bellevue Lake Sammamish House on 2016. Rojas was absolutely lovely to work with. They did excellent job on our new house! Their price was reasonable and their work top notch. We couldn't be more pleased with their work. Very well managed small company. Working alongside owner to complete tasks, very understanding and helpful guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to do stucco or stone work!

You will not find a better company to work with for any kind of stucco or plaster work. They have matched stucco in impossible areas, made Venetian Plaster look absolutely amazing and most importantly they have come back to fix issues when something was missed or the match wasn't quite perfect. When estimating our latest project, Juan also found and photographed a few other areas that will be in need of repair soon, which I appreciated.
