Farrah came in to repair a bad tile job done by someone else. Her professionalism was evident from the first contact with the site - she was down on her hands and knees, getting a very hands-on sense of the situation. She worked with us to identify tiles that needed to be replaced, and tiles that were safe or didn't need to be replaced, based on location. Her work was top-notch, and six months later the tiles in this high-traffic area are holding up beautifully. We later had her back to do some exterior brick work, which was also completed to our satisfaction, at a reasonable cost, and in a reasonable time.
