They both perfectly fit over our three window wells and are made of a special, strong polycarbonate material that will last and look good for many, many years. The company's principal George was a pleasure to deal with; he is a very sincere, knowledgeable, and capable professional who we found to be very trustworthy and reliable. We had George install two window well covers for our house. Product looks sleek, like a sheet of molded glass. No other product locally compares. Definitely a better product than what you will find at a local hardware store. Install went well, happy with purchase, would buy again. 15 year warranty, only time will tell how they hold up, but it looks like an excellent overall product. I hired Window Well Covers to make me 4-well covers. Instructions for measuring were easy to understand. They were delivered when promised. When I received them two were too short. I contacted George the owner and he immediately took ownership of the problem. No excuses or trying to blame me. They fixed the problem and delivered the two new covers ASAP. I found this company on houzz and my wife and I have been very pleased with the product and most of all the service. We extended two windows in our basement to 76" wide to allow light and unfortunately water was also filling the window well. This product keeps the well dry and doesn't prevent the sun from coming threw. All in all this product does exactly what its meant to do and it priced fair.

George came out, measured up our windows and came back a short time later to intall our new covers. What a great job and fantastic product. I have other contractors, friends and neighbours asking about them. These are, by far the nicest window well covers onywhere around here. Nothing we have seen even comes close to these. After looking around and comparing the cost and sizes of window well covers at the big box stores, we put together a purchase for custom covers involving 4 homes in a new subdivision in Colingwood Ontario with 16 egress window well covers in total! Despite all homeowners thinking that our window wells were the same size, there were some differences in sizes and differences in grading, but George came and measured each window for us and installed them beautifully. The product- Lexan - is guaranteed for 10 years and in my view, far exceeds the quality of the big box stores. George was professional from the beginning of the process to the end.
