A Plus Van Lines

Sign contract with Alliance Van Lines. On June 24th A Plus Van Lines arrived to pick up my items and told me they were contracted by Alliance although that was the first I heard of it. They didn't arrive to pick up my belongings until 11pm, when the latest time I could be out of the apartment was 5pm. The people who picked up my stuff where rolling my boxes down the stairs, as well as trying to shove my bedframe through the door when it was covered in my contract that they were supposed to take it apart. They guy then charged me an additional $500 for fees of issues that were already covered when I set up the contract with Alliance. Since it was then 12:30am I told him I didn't have any money except that half I was told to have for them. The guy then refused to leave until we gave him a tip. Since we didn't have any more cash, he made us download a cash app and pay him through there. I was then told my items were being taken to a warehouse, which was not told to me when signing the contract. Items were supposed to be delivered in Florida on June 28th. Emailed and called Alliance Van Lines and never heard from them again. Constant communication with A Plus lead to them telling me my items would be packed every couple of days until July 26th when my items were finally packed on a truck. Our contract was only until July 23rd, so now it is broken at this point. I was told it would take 7-9 days to arrive. On Aug 9th I was told the truck broke down in South Carolina and they were sending a second truck. Second truck was loaded Aug 17th. I was told the truck was in Florida on Aug 23rd, had to stop in Lakeland, Tampa, and then to me. I am being refused the information of the names of my drivers and movers (even the ones back in NJ), as well as the name of the manager, and they will not provide the information of the timeline of my items as they were with them. Everyday they say the item will be there the following day and there is no actual delivery date in sight. I have spoken to Jennifer Davis, Liz Rodriguez, Chris Winn (Wynn?) and Clare only. On Aug 27th I was told by Chris and Jennifer that my belongings were going to be Monday, Aug 30th between 10am and 2pm. I never received the 24 hour notice phone call on Sunday, Aug 29th so when I called on Monday to confirm I should take off from work (Because someone had to be home for the movers) Liz and Clare assured me that the mover would be there between 10am and 2pm. At 3:30pm I had already called 4 times, trying to figure out if the guy was even coming since I was stuck home all day. At 4pm they told me the guy was not coming, and that maybe he would be there on Sept 1st. Chris Winn (Wynn) proceed to tell me I was harnessing them, got super nasty when I tried to explain that I had just lost $226 having to take off from work and just hung up on me while in the middle of speaking. It's now September 6th and there is no end of this in sight. I still do not have my belongings.

Moved from NC to VA in March 2020. They moved our furniture to a local climate controlled storage until our house closed in August. 1 week after we closed our goods were delivered completely ruined from mold. I have tried to contact A Plus Van lines numerous times but received no call back response from email. I contacted their insurance handler and they told me that coverage extends only to moving and transportation, not storage. The damaged goods has been sitting in the garage since then. I called again today, Easter, using the same 888 number on the website, a mover from Denver answered the phone. They say they are not affiliated with A Plus but they bought out the 888 number. Looks like I lost out on everything and any recent consumer who used their services.

I have moved several times in the past and have never received customer service like I did when I used A plus van lines. They went above and beyond expectations. All of their employees were clean cut, hardworking, and fun to be around. They made a usually very stressful situation fun and enjoyable. I would never use another moving company besides A plus van lines.

I moved from FL to GA. I contacted A plus van lines after reading several reviews. Their onsite estimator came to my home to give me an estimate and I felt it was the most honest and reasonable of the 3 that I got. He did a thorough job of evaluating what the move required. In a few days he brought me boxes, tape, etc. and I did my own packing. They accomplished my move in two phases with great attention to wrapping and loading, then unloading and unwrapping and placing things where I wanted them. They were professional about everything and fun to work with too. No damages occurred and nothing was lost. Great job by A plus van lines! I strongly recommend this company.

We had been packing for a month before we came to the conclusion that we needed professional help. A plus van lines was the obvious choice! It was very easy getting a quote from them and everything went very smoothly from there. The movers were great. They were punctual and efficient. They carried my big pieces of furniture with ease. They were careful while maneuvering the furniture through the house. The delivery was made after 7 days as requested. Thankfully every piece of furniture made it to my new house in good condition. It’s amazing how simple relocation can become once you have legitimate help!

My move with A plus van lines was truly amazing. They moved me very quickly and smoothly. The men who came on the moving day were very efficient and skilled. They moved all of my belongings with care and they did not damage a single thing. At the new place, they had to park a little farther than expected, but they did not make an issue about it. They were very understanding and helpful. No damages in the end too! I really had a good time with this moving company. I will use them again and I will recommend them to all.

The easiest move I have done and hassle free. The guys came on time and ready to move all our stuff. The guys were very polite and careful with our fragile items when loading them into the truck. Rate was very good and their sales rep and the foreman were very helpful. Asked about hidden charges that sometimes mover adds on after the fact but only paid what I was quoted for. Definitely I will use A plus van lines again in the future. Lots of thanks to the guys who moved us.

I had A plus van lines move me and they did a fabulous job. These guys did a great job. I don't have a single complaint about this moving company. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. Last five years we used A plus van lines for the third time to relocate us to different states. At first I feared to move but because of my job it was needed to take the relocation services. From my first move they relieved my tension. Their movers are very professional, trained up and hard-working. They relocated us to our new destination smoothly just for last weekend. My whole family likes this company very much. You can also experience their awesome service and enjoy your upcoming moving.

This is our 2nd move with A plus van lines and once again we are VERY happy with the outcome. Our movers came early and were ready to go. They disassembled and reassembled our King size bed-frame in record time making our lives so much easier. They know what they are doing when it comes to wrapping and protecting your furniture etc. Our foreman in particular was awesome. We will be requesting him for our next move. You may pay a little more than the average mover but in this case you really do get what you pay for!

No matter the quality you want from a moving company you will definitely find it in this wonderful company. They are experienced, skilled, well-mannered name it and you will find it in them. For that reason, A plus van lines is just the best company for you at any point in time. I am really happy for the service they rendered to me that is why I am ready to announce them to anyone. My move which I thought will be a mess was made by these guys a great and successful move through their wonderful and excellent service. For that reason, it is certain that they will soon be widely known due to their wonderful and excellent service. Apart from the actual move itself, the wonderful service of the customer support team provided is another point to reckon with.

Excellent moving experience! This company is amazing!!!! I have moved cross country multiple times and have used this company twice. Both experiences were by far superior to others. They were honest and upfront about all charges. They offered the best prices. They were very thorough, prompt, and efficient; they handled my things with care and professional. The staff in both offices was very professional, kind, friendly, honest and efficient. I highly recommend this company. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
