Dryer Vent Wizard of Mission Viejo

Ron came out and was so professional, clean and thorough! He explained what he was testing and I was shocked when I saw that my dryer was only drying at .38 (anything under .5 is considered a fire danger). He checked and cleaned both inside and outside and left the laundry room cleaner than before! He is an honest man with a professional and honest company. I emailed Dryer Vent Wizard of Mission Viejo last week and within minutes they got back to me with an appointment. Ron showed up on time (which is a big deal in today's world!). They were clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative as to what needed to be done to have my dryer working again at peak performance. A neighbor of ours recently had a vent fire in their laundry room and so it prompted me to have our vent cleaned out. I couldn't believe the amount of lint not only in our vent from the dryer itself to the wall, but going from the wall to the outside was almost completely clogged. I faithfully clean out my vent trap after every load so it amazed me how much lint made it through to the line. My dry time went from an hour for a load of sheets down to 15-20 minutes...incredible! I can't imagine how much money we were wasting in utilities (gas & electric) as well as wear and tear on my 2 year old dryer, I was ready to call the manufacturer and have a repair person come out, when all it needed was a good vent cleaning! I couldn't be happier with the results and I would absolutely use them again!
