Autco does not stand behind their products. They shipped damaged goods and told me I had to deal with a service company for replacements, which I did. After many damaged deliveries, they now say I have to deal with the manufacturer (Bosch) directly. I bought $13,000 worth of appliances and they will not fulfill their obligation to replace dented oven doors. I have withheld some some of their payment for leverage, and they are now threatening to turn my account over to a collection agency to ruin my credit. They are done with me and what I have (dented doors), I am to keep. Buyer beware here. Terrible company.
