“After meeting with a few different architects, we hired Buffett Design for our whole house remodel. Tyler is friendly, real, and was very understanding in regards to our constantly changing ideas. When it was difficult for us to visualize the space based on the 2D sketches, he created a 3D walkthrough experience on the computer for us. This was so helpful for us to "walk through" the new space before construction even started!”

“Aaron did such great job on my kitchen, living room and bathroom! He turned the images in my head into actual plans for my contractors. He will be doing the balance of my remodel! Any time there was a change on-site, he adjusted it so that we had current plans. Just ask him for his work! You will see the quality! I am incredibly picky and he was better than anything I could have imagined. He met every deadline and was reasonable. I only wish I had more finished photos.”

“Mehran is extremely knowledgeable from a design, cost, and feasibility perspective. I worked with Mehran on a complete teardown/rebuild of an existing single family home to a 90% new home. The main factors I needed addressed were cost concerns while keeping the best design and functionality for resale. Mehran gave insightful opinion and pointed out issues I had not and was not able to spot due to my relative unfamiliarity. His years of experience allows him insight on issues from both a building and cost perspective that would otherwise go unnoticed. Highly recommended.”

“We used John to conceive, design and manage a total gut rehab of a garage apartment in St. Petersburg. His expertise and talents go far beyond just drawing up plans. He really made this space functional, inviting and a fun place to spend time for our friends and family, as well as enhancing its income generating potential as a rental unit. I have done several remodeling and addition projects on our residences over the years, but none went more smoothly and produced results I am as happy with as the project on which John worked.
