We're still in the project, but so far he has handled all details, and his team of professionals (trades) came in for the planning phases and really made me feel good about the details of the project. “My husband and I are thrilled with our new master bathroom that was recently renovated by Karlovec and company! It was a 1970’s bathroom that was completely gutted and reconfigured. From the beginning it was such a pleasure to work with Jim Karlovec. He really got to know my style and what we wanted for the bathroom. The plans and budget he created were detailed, which really helped us (along with excellent reviews from friends who had worked with him) to decide upon hiring Karlovec and Company. Throughout the project I met several times with Jim and his designer to decide cabinet color, tile, vanity style, paint colors etc.; all of which was so much fun! I really was amazed at their enthusiasm and how much thought and effort they put into the project. Our floors and furniture were protected well throughout the work. The foreman, Lou, was a great on-site resource for my questions and helped me to visualize the final product. Everyone who worked in our home was polite and friendly. The work was completed on time! The communication throughout the project was terrific. The only changes to the budget were ones that I made, e.g. added a cabinet and a shower seat. Jim’s allowances for the project were generous, and so the work was completed within our budget. The finished bathroom is fantastic! It is beautiful and functions perfectly. I watch a lot of HGTV and know what I like, but there are wonderful elements in this bathroom that I never would have thought of on my own. I am looking forward to working with Karlovec and Company on future projects!”
