“We are a senior couple on a mission to remodel the relatively small single level of our split-level home into a more spacious single level that will accommodate most of our daily activities on one floor. Bob Lamar came highly recommended by a local builder. Ever since we contacted Bob, he has guided us on every aspect of developing plans required by the county to make this significant change to our home. By meeting with us and exchanging emails, Bob has patiently collected our thoughts about what we want to be able to do in this new floor space. He has made recommendations to address our objectives; we have made selections; he has developed a set of architectural plans containing those selections; we have reviewed the plans with him; and Bob has escorted the plans through the county Building Permit Center. In addition, Bob has worked with the Land Development vendor and he has been the liaison to the builder. If you are planning a building project and you are able to express what features or capabilities you want, and you need to get the design for this new structure on paper, we highly recommend the Lamar Design Group.
