“Legacy Renovations has done a number of projects for me. Most recently, however, was my kitchen renovation. This involved essentially a complete demo as everything from flooring to cabinetry and appliances was replaced. Time was taken when necessary to help make choices and make recommendations and I'm pleased with all of the results. Reputable, follows through, professional, trustworthy, and the perfectionism you want in a contractor! I would and have recommended them to many friends and family. It's always nice to know you can trust someone in your home if you cannot be there and when working on small to major projects!”

“I have yet to meet a contractor who communicates as well as John Lawson of Lawson Design Construct (LDC)! That was my first impression. THEN, they went and did a GREAT job on our kitchen renovation... Here's what we had them do: - Open up a wall between our living room and kitchen - Oak threshold install (between living room and kitchen) - New ceiling in the kitchen - Light drywall repair - Light fixture installs (chandelier, pendants and recessed lighting) - New light switch w/ dimmer for pendants - Dimmer switches on existing light switches - Light carpentry work for cabinet molding - Touch up painting I highly recommend LDC for your home project!”
