AND: Architecture & Design

AND: is a small design practice in Johnstown, New York, north of the Mohawk River Valley and at the foothills of the Adirondacks. We serve the Capital District and the greater Upstate region. As the founding principal, David D'Amore, AIA saw the needs of Upstate small towns, cities and rural villages languishing from a lack of architectural knowledge and professional services. He started the practice with the intent of re-establishing design and architecture as a cultural objective and positive influence in our small communities, both rural and urban. AND: is committed to community service and design advocacy and relishes the opportunity to demonstrate the positive affects of good design at any scale.
