I offer consultation services concerning zoning issues that affect the feasibility of proposed projects. I also am available to do a presentation of projects before permit granting authorities and boards. I was an elected member of a local Planning Board for 13 years (3 terms) and served as the Board Chair 3 years. I was an appointed member of a local Zoning Board of Appeals for 4 years and am currently an appointed member of a local Conservation Commission. Construction I offer construction related services including residential design and contract document preparation, bid analysis, contractor selection, invoice evaluation and on-site construction supervision. I have an undergraduate degree in Architectural Construction and formerly held a Construction Supervisors License and a Home Improvement Contractors License in the State of Massachusetts Design I was a partner in an architectural firm and have been the sole proprietor of 2 design-build firms in the west suburban Boston area. I was a design instructor, thesis advisor and the Coordinator of Counseling Services and admissions at an accredited school of architecture. Appeals I offer arbitration services to parties in dispute with the goal of the process being win/win solutions wherever and however possible. I hold a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology and have been called upon many times to appear on homeowners and or professionals' behalf before many boards and committees and have facilitated the resolution of conflicts in many settings.
