Bradley Dowdy is an experienced professional who we met with for over one year planning our new home. We were first time home builders and very green on the entire process. Bradley guided us through the process from start to finish (complex over 10K SqFt home) - including the selection of a builder. He was open to every idea we proposed, yet gently steered us in the correct direction when our ignorance led us astray. He made site visits at the request of our builder - something we found out after the fact - extra effort that was much appreciated. If we had to do it all over again he would be who we would hire. Superb.

Bradley is currently working with us on our new home. He is very talented, and also very patient. I tend to change my mind frequently I'm afraid. He never gets flustered, and is always prompt with returning emails and phone calls. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. We have not starting building our home yet, but hope to be underway in the next month.
