Coastal Architects is a full-service architectural, planning, and design firm specializing in client relationships and vision. Founded in 2005, our firm is a leader in the planning, programming, and design of long-term complicated projects. Our award-winning team provides services that range from initial master planning and pre-development sketches to technical and construction documentation through all phases of the development. Coastal Architects is led by our partners Jeff Zook and Michael Sanchez, who hold a combined professional experience of over 45 years and over 15 years together as a company.
