Founded by Kelvin and Shanna Nyathi, Collective Architecture + Design is a St. John's based architecture studio specializing in contemporary custom design. Whether a new custom residence, a cabin/vacation home, an addition to an existing home or an outbuilding; we can help through an integrated approach that takes our clients from the conception of their project through to completion ensuring that their vision is realized. At Collective, we believe architecture and design is for people; it should meet their needs and improve upon the quality of their lives. Our greatest passion is to connect people with healthy, functional spaces and environments that highly reflect their unique needs and aspirations.
