At Cundy, Santine & Associates Architects, LLC, we provide design services for the new construction and remodeling of commercial and residential buildings. Our clients include developers, contractors, governmental agencies, homebuilders, and nonprofit groups, as well as private clients. Our experience in the construction industry allows us to provide build-able, economical solutions to our clients’ needs. We firmly believe that the completion of a successful project is the result of a team made up of the owner/developer, contractor, and architect working together. Forming this team early in the process is the key to reaching the common goal of a successful project. With few exceptions, each project is a one of a kind project. Identifying and analyzing the project requirements by the entire team is crucial. This will result in a project that meets the needs, is adaptable to changes, requires minimum energy consumption and utilizes materials efficiently and cost effectively. Many people expect architects to design only large commercial buildings and are surprised to find architects who specialize in smaller scale commercial projects and residential architecture, especially in the low and medium price range. This is an area of our practice that we find very satisfying.
