We cannot speak highly enough about your time spent with Holly working on plans for a home addition. Holly was wonderful to work with. She is an excellent communicator, was prompt to our initial appointment and thorough in gathering the information necessary for making a client centered plan. She offered creative ideas to assure all of our wishes were included in our plan. She was patient and encouraging as we considered what we wanted or ultimately didn't want in our addition and always had creative solutions to offer. We ultimately decided to pause our project to spend more time saving for our dream addition. Holly was more than understanding and helped us feel confident in our decision as well as assured us she would be ready to pick up where we left off as soon as we were ready to do so. We would confidently recommend Holly to friends and family.

I wish we could give Holly and Elements more than 5 stars. Our builder preferred we use his contact for design, and so while our journey began there, it quickly fizzled. Holly with Elements jumped in when I gave her a call (highly recommended by a friend) and helped us bring our many ideas for this narrow, odd-shaped lakefront lot to a buildable plan! At times it seemed as if Holly was able to read our minds by envisioning what we were describing and incorporating many of our (feasible) Pinterest ideas. We found Holly to be an excellent communicator throughout, and accommodated us with in person meetings, zoom calls, and responding to our (many) emails. She ALWAYS delivered as promised and helped make this experience completely enjoyable for us. She even won more business from our builder in the process. We simply cannot give her a high enough recommendation. Give her a call and see for yourself.
