There are items here that are mentioned and not mentioned, that I did I brought up as concerns. However, ultimately, you were not satisfied with our services. I am not sure on the $7000, as I just looked at our books and we charged (w/ engineering) just over half that amount. If there was an additional $2k - $3k more in charges from the engineer, I wasn't made aware of this. I do recall hearing about windows being added in the field that caused some of the engineering letter(s).
I really enjoyed working with you and seeing your excitement as the plan was coming together and seeing your reaction as you saw the plans in 3d and how it really helped. I remember with your prior contactor some of the struggles you had, and I was arguing on your behalf for them to do right by you. In our last check-in about 6-7 weeks ago, we got the impression that things were good and moving along. I do see you as one of my favorite clients, so this review saddens me and caught me off guard as you mentioned to my employee that you wanted me to come to the open house when it was done.
Every single one of our clients are important to us. We would not be who we are without them... including you. I truly wish these concerns were brought to my attention so I can do what I could to make things right. I do not take these situations lightly as I know my clients are putting a lot of money into building a home. We had no idea you had felt this way. We will though, take this and use it to improve our process in the design phase and with the construction documents.
