Elevator Boutique

I have had a bad experience with Elevator Boutique. I ordered an expensive elevator for a project. They required almost the full payment upon delivery. They dropped off the elevator and began installation almost one year ago and disappeared. I’ve spoken to several people over the past several months. They have given me the runaround. The tech said “I don’t know why I’ve been sent to other jobs, I have been asking when I could go back, but there has been a change in management “. I don’t know if it will ever get installed. Now I’ve got no choice but to hire an attorney. I’d stay clear. I wish there was some reviews warning me.

I have worked with this company on numerous high end large scale residential projects. They are one of the few companies I have dealt with that have a very strong process in place for the entire purchase and installation of the elevator and really back their product. They spelled everything out for me and I received exactly what I was told I would get and how I would receive it. The ease of working with their technical staff on the drawings as well as the knowledge of their sales and installation staff made my decision to use them on my second project a no brainer. I would highly recommend this company. They are better than any other elevator company that I have previously used. They listen to their clients and help them design exactly what they envision.

I have been working with Elevator Boutique on two of my projects in Santa Barbara. Not only do they have amazing product but their support and design team are impeccable! They are the only provider in Los Angeles that has a showroom with operating models. You can ride them!

Its a luxury home in Santa Monica for a high profile client. They are very different to the other elevator companies. There was concern because they have only been in the USA for 3 years, and very different designs. The clients insisted on the product because its very beautiful and contracted them directly. The process was amazing, it was supportive and quick. The systems made it very easy for all, it all went in smoothly and seamlessly. With a big ticket item like an elevator for a home with a 20 plus year life span, you want to get it right. This design is also much safer than the traditional basic machines.
