FormLine is the partnership of Brian Billingsley and Alfred Waugh - whose combined architectural experience is 33 years. Since interning and working at some of Vancouver’s premier firms, both proponents have established award-winning firms. FormLine Architecture + Urbanism is the culmination of these two firms, to advance their recognition as foremost innovators in synthesizing sustainable strategies, site sensitivity and architectural wood excellence. Alfred Waugh Architects has completed numerous institutional projects, especially within the aboriginal community. As his resume notes, Alfred has been the Lead Architect for many complicated projects where there are diverse stakeholders involved. His ability to navigate multifaceted interest-groups is critical to the success of his built projects. He specializes in combining cultural sensitivity and environmental responsibility through innovative, expressive structures. The FormLine design team has the creative and management abilities to deliver the project on time and on budget. Our multi-disciplined team will provide all required management, technical, professional, and related design services.
